1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilli44 ("jilli44," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jilli44 website located at https://jilli44.net, its mobile-optimized interface, and all related services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the jilli44 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the jilli44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jilli44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine-issued passport, UMID card, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, PRC ID, or other government-issued identification bearing a photograph and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilli44 will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active jilli44 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your jilli44 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any details change. jilli44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify jilli44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jilli44 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

jilli44 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account will be subject to review and possible suspension.

jilli44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service charges, which are your sole responsibility. Deposit amounts are credited to your jilli44 account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) only. jilli44 is not responsible for currency conversion rates applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Cashier section of your jilli44 account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may experience delayed processing of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

jilli44 processes GCash withdrawal requests within an average of three (3) minutes for fully verified accounts. BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and PayMaya transfers are typically processed within one (1) Philippine banking business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jilli44 reserves the right to request any of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., GCash mobile number registration confirmation, bank account statement);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• A selfie holding the submitted identification document;
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

jilli44 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilli44 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the period specified in the individual promotion terms;
• jilli44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated;

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilli44 platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;

• Accessing jilli44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;

• Any conduct that jilli44 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilli44 platform including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform is the exclusive intellectual property of jilli44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest or license in any jilli44 intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The jilli44 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jilli44. Unauthorized use of any jilli44 trademark, trade name, or branding is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilli44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jilli44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilli44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims in aggregate and not individually.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jilli44 collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jilli44.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

jilli44 is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services.

12. Responsible Gaming

jilli44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;

Where an account is terminated due to proven breach of these terms by the player, jilli44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is initiated by jilli44 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments to Terms

Nothing in this clause limits jilli44's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of its platform.
